I started my career as an actor, and after being the lead on a couple of Canadian TV series, I realize that as much as I love the creativity, I wanted to help people and not just perform. I took some time off to be a stay-at-home mom while my son was young, and those were some of my most fulfilling years of happiness and growth.
Since the pandemic, I feel that light workers like myself are needed to help support humanity. Everyone needs to get back to the feeling of calm and joy while connecting with themselves and others. The world got more challenging, and I believe we can get more resilient and adapt in ways that help us feel really good.
As a certified life coach, I’ve been teaching guided meditation for 20 years, starting as the head of
mindfulness at the Toronto school of the arts. I've been growing my practice with private and corporate
clients since then. I’m trained in sound healing, with crystal bowls, tuning forks, and gongs. I find that
my clients love sound healing as a quick and easy way to tune in and calm the mind.
