About Sitara Hewitt

I have always been interested in people and their stories. After working in various fields, including advertising, marketing, and education, I realized that people were seeking connection to themselves, relief from stress, and to enjoy each and every day. I wanted to bring something simple, that had an element of kindness and support. I realized that people weren’t just seeking an app that would tell them how to calm down but that a kind and present human being could offer them so much more.

As a certified life coach, my mission is to create a space of safety and connection so that my clients can retreat into the privacy of their own calm minds. I wanted to do away with cold and fancy yoga classes or empty mindful labs. Instead, I focus on creating an understanding environment where people can feel comfortable being themselves.

I use guided meditation, giant crystal sound bowls, and gongs to harness the healing frequency of sound and energy to leave people feeling renewed and revitalized. In just one session of meditation coaching, you will feel completely different and improved on all levels!

About Me

I started my career as an actor, and after being the lead on a couple of Canadian TV series, I realize that as much as I love the creativity, I wanted to help people and not just perform. I took some time off to be a stay-at-home mom while my son was young, and those were some of my most fulfilling years of happiness and growth.
Since the pandemic, I feel that light workers like myself are needed to help support humanity. Everyone needs to get back to the feeling of calm and joy while connecting with themselves and others. The world got more challenging, and I believe we can get more resilient and adapt in ways that help us feel really good.

As a certified life coach, I’ve been teaching guided meditation for 20 years, starting as the head of mindfulness at the Toronto school of the arts. I've been growing my practice with private and corporate clients since then. I’m trained in sound healing, with crystal bowls, tuning forks, and gongs. I find that my clients love sound healing as a quick and easy way to tune in and calm the mind.


I believe that meditation coaching and self-help are not a one-size-fits-all solution. There is a unique way to get into feeling great now, calming the mind, and tapping into your highest potential. As a certified life coach, I’m determined to find that for each and every one of my clients, and companies. I use a variety of techniques to help people tap into their mindfulness and their best selves. I have never met anyone who can’t meditate with my techniques!
