Many people want to gain the benefits of meditation but it can be tough to learn the skill on your own. Quieting your mind, learning how to breathe in a way that detoxifies and calms the mind, and setting an intention for what you want to get out of your meditations are some topics that will be covered. Then Sitara will take you through a guided meditational journey, either in person or via skype, and leave you with the tools to start deepening into your practice on your own.
Sitara makes finding a unique path for each client a priority, and creates a safe, confidential, supportive environment for the client to explore and express. “Together we will find solutions that work for your life and your problem solving style. We will discover your unique strengths and help you let go of all behaviors, habits and thoughts that don’t serve your highest potential. We can work with a specific area of your life or an overall arc. I like to use a variety of techniques that ensure you have many tools to go away and work with. The idea is to help you awaken and follow your own inner guidance, while identifying and then releasing blocks and obstacles to your success. We will tackle problems and come up with practical solutions, and we will discover ways you can find more peace, joy and vibrancy in all areas.
