This dessert or anytime snack is creamy, delicious and replaced ice cream in my repertoire.  No added sugars, good fats, proteins and greens!? It nourishes like health food but tastes like a treat.

I love icy, sweet desserts but the dairy, fillers and refined sugars in ice cream leave me with a sugar hangover, and a stuffed up nose!  Whereas this raw, vibrant, natural treat leaves me feeling satisfied, slim and vibrant.   The good fats from the coconut keep you full, the fibre from the fruit does too, the protein gives your muscles a boost and the antioxidants from the berries is youthening and energizing.  The phytochemicals from from the greens are super energizing and immune boosting - I always feel best when I'm having a lot of raw greens in my diet, but we all know salads get boring after a while.  You won't taste the spinach, and your body will thank you later!

2 bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
3 tablespoons coconut cream from a can
5 drops toffee flavored stevia (honey or maple syrup can be used too)
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup raspberries (half to blend and half to top it with)

Get creative with your toppings once it's blended, I like raw nuts, shredded coconut, dark chocolate shavings and berries.   Party on!
